If
your child is ever picked up/abducted by anyone they shouldn't be
with, teach them to scream, as loud as they can, "THIS IS NOT MY
MOMMY/DADDY." The deputy noted that kids often cry with their own
parents, so seeing an adult carrying a crying child doesn't get a lot
of attention. Never teach them to yell fire (that won't be taken very
seriously). But, this isn't my mom or dad will get attention fast
